Refund policy
We do not provide refunds unless an item arrives broken! (must provide a picture within 24 hours of delivery date). In other cases, we may provide store credit or a replacement depending on the situation & availability.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items shipped first class do not include insurance and you as the buyer are aware of this. First class uninsured items will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
No returns or order cancellations. Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item you are considering purchasing. We do our very best to disclose any imperfections a product may have as well as measurements or photo examples in a hand for size reference.
