Shipping policy

Unfortunately once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in USPS's hands.  Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package! They can almost always provide you with more information than the online tracking system will.

Orders take around 3-7 days to ship, not including processing/transit time.

I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address (unless it is my typo!) Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to me, I will absolutely send it back out to you after verifying correct shipping info! Please note the customer is responsible for any postage fees due in order to reprint a new label.

All shipping is tracked through USPS. Priority is tracked and insured up to $100. First class is tracked but not insured. 

Please keep in mind, there are times when mail is delayed due to weather, pandemics and other unforeseeable situations.
